How do you sign your Volunteer Waiver?


We do require that every volunteer sign our waiver before coming onsite. Thankfully, this is easy to do through your volunteer account!

 follow the steps listed below:

  1. Sign into your volunteer account at volunteer.communityactionhouse.org

  2. Click your profile in the top right corner > and choose Qualifications



  3. Find the question "Have you signed our updated Volunteer Waiver?" > and click Click to sign: Community Action House Volunteer May 2022



  4. Enter your birthday to ensure the proper waiver is signed (there are different versions for adults vs minors) > and click Submit

  5. In the "eSign Confirmation" pop-up, click Continue to begin signing

  6. Read through page 1 and click Submit Page and Proceed

  7. Read through page 2 > enter your full name and the date > and click Complete Signing when done



  8. Finally, in the "Are you sure?" pop-up, click Yes!
