Volunteer: Guest Services: Assistant

As a Guest Services Assistant Volunteer, you’ll be welcoming all guests, working with membership management systems, answering guest questions over the phone, and other various tasks as needed. Skills that are helpful in this role include, computer & phone comfortability, customer service and Spanish language. We are looking for individuals who are able to commit to serve on a regular basis, preferably weekly.

Volunteer: Guest Services: Greeter

As a Guest Services Greeter, you'll work alongside our Guest Services team, welcoming Guests into the Food Club & Opportunity Hub space. Volunteers will assist the team by checking in & directing guests, keeping diapers, food bags & the coffee bar stocked, and assisting guests with the computer. Spanish language skills are helpful in this role but not necessary! This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with our Guests! 

Please note: The 12-3pm shifts on Tuesdays & Thursdays are generally busier than other times. We recommend that first-time volunteers choose a different shift for their initial service. Thank you!
