On June 11th, Community Action House is hosting our annual Golf Classic fundraiser at the Ravines Country Club in Saugatuck. The Golf Classic is our biggest fundraising event of the year! This event allows Community Action House to welcome and connect with supporters, and raise support for the programs that nourish, equip, and empower our neighbors.
Event t-shirts will be provided the day of & bathrooms are available onsite!
Shifts are:
Event Set Up | 5:30 - 7am - Help with the set up of the event, including decor, signage & staffing stations
On course Set up, Traffic Direction, Games & Silent Auction | 6:30 - 8:30am - Assist with course set up, traffic direction, running games for guests & supporting the silent auction
Hole in One & Raffle Sales | 7:30am to 1pm & 1 to 6:30pm - Help witness hole-in-one attempts & sell raffle tickets alongside a staff member
Lunch Support | 11am to 2pm - Distribute lunch to golfers
Traffic Direction, Games & Silent Auction | 11:30am to 1:30pm - Assist on course activities, traffic direction & the silent auction
Games & Silent Auction | 5:30 to 7:30pm - Run various games/ activities and assist with the silent auction
On Course Clean Up | 7:30 to 9pm - Help wrap up & clean up after the event
