As a Community Kitchen Volunteer Lead, you'll join us at The Salvation Army of Holland with a focus prepping for the day such as:
- Preparing the coffee, juice, and water
- Setting up the bussing station
- Changing linens as needed
- Stocking utensils
- Cleaning microwave
- Setting up Hot wells
- Organizing the leftover fridge
- Stocking up the coffee/juice/water station
- And working with staff to see if there are other tasks that need to be taken care of
As you are comfortable, lead/provide direction to newer volunteers on: food prep, operating service, clean up, etc.

After parking, go in through the main doors and go down the hallway on the right hand side to the multipurpose room. There, you'll check in on the kiosk and a Community Kitchen Team member will greet you
