Help distribute a hot meal to anyone who needs one at the Community Kitchen!
Work includes: assemble to-go meals, serve to guests, restock food, etc. At the end of service, straighten up in the dining room, clean dishes, wipe surfaces, mop floors, empty trash, etc.
Closed-toe shoes and hair restraints (hair tied back, wear a hat, etc.) are required while volunteering.
*Basic food safety training is provided on-site on your first day working with us*
Parking is available street-side on E 13th Street and College Avenue, and our Kitchen Entrance is on the Southwest side of the building. See map for instructions below:
