Since March of 2020, the Community Kitchen has remained open for take-out service. We have made the transition to open for limited dine-in service, and we are excited to invite additional volunteers to help!
Volunteers during this shift at the Community Kitchen will help greet guests and guide them through the change to dine-in, tidy up and sanitize in the dining room, and assist the Kitchen team to ensure guests have an excellent experience dining at the Community Kitchen. Take-out meal service will remain available for guests during this phased approach to reopening dine-in service.
*Closed-toe shoes and hair restraints (hair tied back, wear a hat, etc.) are required while volunteering.*
*Basic food safety training is provided on-site on your first day working with us.*
Parking is available street-side on E 13th Street and College Avenue, and our Kitchen Entrance is on the Southwest side of the building. See map for instructions below:
