As a Guest Services Assistant volunteer you'll work alongside our staff at the Guest Services desk to welcome guests, work with the membership management system, and answer guest questions over the phone. Training includes an hour and a half session of on-site training with an overview of the tasks described above. Volunteers in this role are asked to serve on a regular basis, either weekly or monthly.
