Do you love connecting with guests and listening to member stories? We are looking for kind and welcoming volunteers to speak with and engage our guests in a brief employment survey interview. Community Action House wants to understand employment needs and barriers so we can better serve our members!
Employment Survey Assistant tasks will include recruiting and engaging members in conversation, conducting conversational interviews with guests about employment needs and barriers, listening and offering follow-up questions to better understand, and taking detailed, hand-written notes on guest responses.
Spanish proficiency strongly preferred!
Surveys will be conducted as a brief one-on-one conversational interview at Food Club before, after, or while members shop, and members will receive 5 bonus points for taking the time to connect!
