Each year, after the Big Red Classic Sport Fishing Tournament, several contestants generously donate their freshly caught salmon to local nonprofits - including our Community Kitchen! We turn the fish into delicious meals for our neighbors in the following weeks. As a volunteer, you'll work with our Kitchen team to pin-bone & portion the salmon we receive. All levels of experience welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes, and hair restraint (hair tied back, wear a hat, etc.). If you have a needle-nose plier, please bring it along!
