Who We Are
Our Logistics Team is works on Food Rescue efforts in the Holland area by making regular stops at local grocery stores to collect edible food that would have otherwise gone to waste, and bringing it to our Food Club and Community Kitchen to distribute for local hunger relief in our community. We also have pickups at local stores and residences for donations to our Resale Store.
What We Do
Volunteers are needed to join our Logistics Team to serve in our food rescue efforts, donation pickups, and donation pick ups. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in long-term volunteer opportunities and can commit to serving on a weekly basis.
Morning Shifts: Take a Community Action House truck to and from our multiple sites, local businesses and organizations.
Logistics volunteers will be provided with an initial training on our services, programs, and policies.

2. If interested in driving, submit your information for a Background Check
3. If interested in driving, submit your Driver's License on the qualifications tab
4. Email volunteer@communityactionhouse.org to set up a shadow ride-along
