VITA: Greeter

Description

As a VITA Greeter, you will be the welcoming face of our site, assisting clients in navigating the intake questionnaire and ensuring they have the necessary documentation for their tax appointments. Basic computer experience, bilingual (English/Spanish Speaking) are helpful, training provided. No previous accounting or tax preparation experience required. We do ask that you are able to commit to serving at least every other week from January to Mid-April.  

Get Started Today!

  1. Create your volunteer account (if you don’t already have one) 

  2. Submit your information for a background check

  3. Attend trainings to pass certifications (Volunteer Standards of Conduct-Ethics Training and Intake, interview and Quality Review)

  4. Attend our in-person training on January 7, 2026, and sign our Confidentiality Agreement out of respect for our guests and their privacy
