As a Food Rescue at the Market Van Driver Volunteer, you'll drive the electric van to the Market and collect produce that local farmers and vendors would like to donate at the end of the Farmers Market (farmers often refer to this process as gleaning)! These efforts help feed families right here in our community at Food Club, the Community Kitchen and by sharing out with other area nonprofits!

Plan on meeting at Food Club and driving the van to the Holland Farmers Market. Once at the Market, you'll assist in collecting donations and then return to Food Club to unload the produce collected. Closed-toe shoes are recommended in this role.
